Make a Reservation

To book a table please use the form below, at the time of booking we ask for your card details we only use these details for late cancellation or no shows our cancellation policy is below. 

 

We are currently only taking bookings for our ‘Conservatory Area’. Our Outside Tables and Bar Area are walk in only. 

 

Please note: On dry days our restaurant is an alfresco dining experience this means we advise you to bring your sunny’s! Please take into account the seasonal conditions when making a booking.

Your reservation is for 2 hours if you wish to have your table for longer than the standard 2 hours please let us know at the time of booking as it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate on the night.

 

For group bookings of 10 or more please call 01792 365205 or email ontherocks@mumbles-pier.co.uk please be aware on weekends we only take group bookings inside in our Bar Area. We are unable to group bookings in the conservatory area on weekends. When available we may be able to take group bookings in our Conservatory on Off Peak Times. For all bookings over 10 a 10% service charge is added to your bill/.

CANCELLATION FEE

Upon booking we request credit card details. We only use this information for late cancellations charges or if you do not show for your reservation.

Cancellation Fee Terms: We politely ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your table. If you cancel within that time period or do not show for your booking you will incur a £10 per person cancellation fee.

 

Running Late? Please give us a call if you are running late for your table. We will always hold the table in case, however, if we have not heard from you 15  minutes after the booking time, we may rebook the table.

 

Areas

We currently only take bookings for our ‘Conservatory area’. Our outside tables and bar area are for walk ins only.

Our reservation system allocates your table on a first come first serve basis. We do try an accommodate request for specific tables however we cannot always do this. But it is unlikely that we will be able to relocate you to a different table when you arrive so please be courteous to our staff.
